From university to the International Printing Industry!

On 31 October 2026, Raoul Sükösd visited the Nilpeter Technical Center in Bucharest, Romania, together with Prof. Dr. Volker Jansen from Hochschule der Medien (HdM), Stuttgart.

The visit included an exchange with representatives of the Romanian Printing Association, Asociația Tipografilor Transilvania (ATT). Discussions focused on the Romanian printing industry, its current developments and challenges, and exciting opportunities for Raoul’s professional future in this dynamic sector.

Raoul graduated from HdM’s Bachelor’s programme Print Media and Packaging Technologies, which combines engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience and close collaboration with the printing and packaging industries. Raoul focussed on flexographic printing in his Bachelor Thesis. He conducted his research in cooperation with the technical centre of DFTA, Stuttgart.
