Many of the friendships and professional networks you build here will continue long after graduation.
Study with excellent support!
Your professors and technical assistants have interdisciplinary and strong interpersonal skills. They cooperate with national and international research institutions, educational and cultural institutions, and companies.
All professors combine interdisciplinary expertise with extensive practical experience and a strong commitment to teaching. They work closely with national and international research institutions, universities, cultural organisations, and industry partners, ensuring that their teaching reflects current developments and real-world practice. This close connection between academia and industry provides students with valuable insights, practical experience, and access to an international professional network.
Our students are taught by specialists whose expertise extends well beyond the subjects they teach. Their broad academic knowledge, research experience, and close engagement with industry enable them to place individual topics into a wider technological, scientific, and professional context, giving students a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of their field.
Gain practical experience!
We develop individuals who can understand complex systems, solve unfamiliar problems, think critically, communicate across cultures, and take responsibility for technological and societal change.
The Technology Centre is a unique learning environment that represents the complete print and packaging workflow under one roof. From receiving data through a web-based platform, preparing files in pre-press, managing digital workflows, and printing on state-of-the-art equipment, to finishing, bookbinding, packaging, colour management, quality control, 3D printing, construction, data management and distribution, every stage of the production process is fully integrated.
Students gain hands-on experience with the entire value chain, learning how individual technologies, materials, software, and production systems interact to create efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes. This end-to-end approach provides a realistic industrial environment and prepares graduates for the challenges of modern print and packaging production.
